I am a member of ABSK Africa, an association of Behavioural Scientists committed to all round development of the person. We are committed to all round development of the person. Our mission is to empower people to take responsibility of their behaviour, be conscious of others, of nature, and of the future, in the spirit of ubuntu.

I am a Mental Health Specialist with over 10 years of professional counselling and behavior management experience. I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Doctorate Degree in Education Research and Evaluation. I am a Senior Consultant at Esteem Counselling & Consultancy where psychotherapy services are offered to individuals, couples, families and groups. Other services we offer include facilitation of mental health awareness talks, workshops, webinars and team bonding activities. I believe in preventive psychology and the power of knowledge in decision making. In July 2020, at the height of Covid 19 related psychological distress, I founded the mental health champion training initiative to educate the public on mental wellness. The training has grown significantly with more than 600 Mental Health Champions trained by December 2023. I am also a research enthusiast who believes in application of research findings to solve societal problems.
